19B N. River is at the side and back of the building. Access is off the side porch. One to two bedrooms down depending on number of tenants and 2 bedrooms up. First floor has a small living room, second floor is a large kitchen and bath. Parking is to the left of the building.
If both apartments agree, there is a shared washer/dryer and additional full bath on the first floor.
