APARTMENT LISTINGS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2008-2009
ALL UTILITIES  (heat, hot water, electricity, parking, winterim, plowing, trash removal) are included in the rent.  Tenants pay only for cable.  All bedrooms have cable and TV hook-ups.  Most apartments for more than 2 tenants have dishwashers and many have coin op washer/dryers.  All apartments are smoke-free. No dogs allowed. To secure an apartment requires $300 from each tenant and a signed lease.  Rent is given per person per semester for comparison purposes.
